Unlock the joy of UKITs this holiday season

Developed by robotics experts at UBTECH, UKITs inspire students to build, code, and deepen STEM learning in the classroom. With numerous fun and exciting robotics projects, students stay engaged through hands-on learning process that help students learn more than just science and engineering. UKITs help students build confidence, encourage independent thinking, and foster creativity.

This month, join us as we count down to Christmas with all the ways UKITs can bring a little joy and spark magic in the classroom.

With each UKIT, build from a number of pre-designed robot models that challenge students to think outside the box. In addition, UKITs invite students to get creative and assemble their own creations!

Program your robot in the UKIT EDU app by dragging and dropping block-based code in the programming dashboard. These coding blocks are intuitive and easy to understand, helping students develop a strong foundation in code through trial and error and sequence-building.

Through UKITs, students learn more than just science and engineering—they develop essential college, career, and life skills: teamwork and communication, engineering design thinking, project management, leadership and delegation, persistence, constructive feedback, adaptability, digital literacy, problem solving, and computational thinking.

With our Pose Record Play feature, creating custom actions have never been easier! String together as many poses as you want and save them to use in future coding sequences to really personalize your robot. 

With 8 different colors to choose from, students can program the LED lights included in our UKITs to create fun color sequences or personalize their robots. 

We often refer to connecting cables as the “nerves” of our robots. Much like how our brain uses nerves to send messages throughout our body to move, the cables in our robots serve the same purpose to send signals from the main control box to the servo motors thus enabling our robots to carry out actions or coding sequences. 

With a more sophisticated and versatile tool set, UKIT Advanced provides an in-depth look at the mechanics, electronics, and programming behind real high-tech robotics. Students can incorporate a wide variety of parts in their build including a grayscale sensor, ultrasonic sensor, touch sensor, infrared sensor, LED lights, and a bluetooth speaker.

With over 500 parts in UKIT Intermediate, students can build using a variety of servos, sensors, and accessory pieces to create one of the 15 pre-designed robots or something entirely new! Our modular robotics kits give students the freedom to custom create their robots.

With 4 rubber tires included in all kits, these are perfect to build your robotic vehicles. Using the joystick button in the UKIT EDU app, students can drive and race their robots against fellow classmates. 

Using 3D, 360 degree instructions, the UKIT EDU app guides students along their build journey every step of the way. Paper manuals are a thing of the past! With the 3D instructions, students can zoom in/out and move the 3D rendering around to get a better view of all the parts and how they with with the robot

All of our UKITs come with proprietary servo motors that allow you to control your robot with incredible precision. With our cutting-edge technology, students can program down to the very degree and speed at which their robots move.

The UKIT EDU app is your go-to portal to control all things with your robot. Use it to build, code, and program new actions with any UKIT model or custom build.
